I find myself dreaming of my holiday to St Barths which I reluctantly returned from two weeks ago. It is the most wonderful of islands, with turquoise sea and white sand beaches and most of all exceptional food. Being a French island the restaurants are particularly good on this formidable island. Two of my favourites are the restaurant at Le Toiny where I ate a deliciously light tuna tataki, that also looked as pretty as a picture. The other is an island institution, La Plage. A place so full of life and fun with a great vibe and yummy food. It does the BEST brioche french toast in the world with a truly excellent vanilla ice cream. It’s so indulgent, rich and perfectly sweet.
